WWE NXT star and resident “Gorgeous One” Tyler Breeze has been doing quite well ever since becoming the Breeze character. It seemed that the Canadian wrestler has always had talent, but he was a big pet project for WWE. They saw a ton of potential when he signed with the company nearly six years ago. Breeze has been with WWE since the FCW days, which makes him the only non-trainer to still be in developmental from that time.
WWE signed him back in 2010 when he was 22-years-old. WWE knew they had a lot of time with Tyler Breeze, so they did not rush the perfection that is “The Gorgeous One.” This is why he has been down in developmental for so long it appears.
Breeze has seen just about every big star of the past five years come through FCW and NXT and become part of the main roster before him, including a few WrestleMania main eventers and WWE World Champions. It seemed odd that WWE kept giving others a chance while Breeze was deserving and not getting an opportunity. Most recently, Breeze was said to have been upset that Kevin Owens got brought up to the main roster when he hadn’t been with developmental for even a year at the time.
Now it finally looks at if Tyler Breeze will see the main roster. According to the Wrestling Observer , Breeze is expected to be called up before the end of the year. He very well could be brought up by November. Most believe that he will work the big NXT special in October and then debut with the main roster shortly after. He is still set to be part of the NXT tour in The UK in December. That means Breeze is certainly going to do more NXT material, but he will be coming in as a main roster talent.
Breeze has been working a lot of main roster live events and dark matches the last number of months. This is usually a good sign that WWE is getting ready to bring someone up.
As the Inquisitr recently reported, it appears that Triple H is high on the Tyler Breeze character and wants to use him in a big way once he is brought up to the main roster officially. It is uncertain what WWE plans to do with Breeze, but using him in a big way would be good to see. He is one of the younger guys with WWE, so making him a star quickly can help WWE over the next number of years.
