Heidi Klum: Halloween And Hoarding High Heels

Heidi Klum’s Halloween party has been a celebrity tradition for years.

Dubbed the “Queen of Halloween” from her slavish devotion to the Holiday, Klum is holding her annual boo bash at Marquee New York this year. The party, the 14th of its kind, has been given a “scary dollhouse” theme and will reportedly feature Questlove in the DJ booth.

Due to Hurricane Sandy, Klum cancelled her 2012 celebration, instead postponing it for a “haunted Christmas,” for which she went as a bedazzled Cleopatra. She also donated all the proceeds from the bash, held at New York’s Club Finale, to the Red Cross’ Hurricane Sandy relief aid.

While Heidi’s 2013 costume remains a mystery, thanks to her Twitter account, we know she started early on it. Now that’s dedication! One thing is a pretty safe bet: there will be heels.

Heidi recently admitted her passion for pumps to Us Magazine, calling herself a high-heel “hoarder.”

“I have a lot,” she said. “I’m a hoarder! I love cool details — studs, a bedazzled heel, a fun shape.”

While some women might begrudge the 5-foot-9 stunner a few extra inches, when you’ve got legs like Heidi Klum, you’re allowed to show them off.

2013’s “scary dollhouse” theme certainly leaves a lot of possibilities. How about Michelle Trachtenberg’s 2011 costume? She looked amazing as a live-action, patchwork Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Stacy Keibler’s 2007 Raggedy Ann outfit may not have been scary but it sure did get the heart beating faster.
