Racist Robbery Fail: Woman Blames Crime On Imaginary Black People Nearby

It’s pretty pathetic to blame a crime you just committed on a group of African Americans sitting in an SUV nearby. But it’s downright sad when the SUV you’re pointing to counts only an elderly white couple as its passengers.

That the sad, strange story of Samantha Ellen Ward, the racist bank robber from Palm City, Florida.

Ward entered the ladies room at a Boynton Beach bank after she had tried, and failed, to use a stolen ID to withdraw funds. When she came out, she was met by a Boynton Beach police officer who questioned and, ultimately, arrested her.

According to the arrest report, the 24-year-old had shown another woman’s driver’s license and debit card to the Chase teller. The teller looked up the account and saw that the license was reported stolen and called the police.

But the “good part” of this story is when Ward tried to weakly and racist-ly pawn her crime off on a group of imaginary black people nearby.

She told the police that three black women gave her the stolen ID and forced her to withdraw the money. Ward pointed to a white Chevy Tahoe in the parking lot and said that the three black women who put her up to this were inside.

Police discovered that the vehicle belonged to an elderly white couple.

Her racist alibi foiled, Ward now faces charges of fraudulent use of personal identification and of a credit card.

Here’s her mug!
