The rumor has been confirmed, Robert Pattinson is indeed dating Dylan Penn .
There has been talk recently about the possibility that the former Twilight star was seeing someone else after the much publicized split from Kristen Stewart in May.
Now, Us Weekly is confirming that Pattinson, 27, and Penn, 22, are dating and have been seeing each other for about two months.
Over the summer Pattinson, who has been laying low after the messy break-up with Stewart, was linked to Riley Keough, Elvis Presley’s granddaughter.
Penn is the daughter of the activist actor Sean Penn, 53, and ex-wife Robin Wright. The pair were married for 14 years and divorced in 2010. They also have a son, Hopper, 20 together.
The magazine also says that Dylan has visited Rob on the set of one of his new films.
Slowly, they have been stepping out in public and Robert Pattinson was seen with his lady as recently as this past Wednesday, September 25.
At the time the couple was spotted at a trendy restaurant in West Hollywood, snuggling while hanging out with a group of friends on a night out on the town.
A witness tells Us, “He was affectionate with her and they seemed comfortable.”
So apparently, Rob is finally over Kristen, who ended their affair when she cheated on Rob in a very public and humiliating way with the married Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
After the incident came to light, Pattinson and Stewart broke up, but got together again a few times over the summer.
According to friends of Stewart she is still heartbroken over her failed relationship with Pattinson and can’t seem to get over him.
Robert Pattinson will be featured in several new films in the next couple of years including The Rover, Maps To The Stars, Mission: Blacklist, Queen Of The Desert, and Hold On To Me.
