Anyway, the inclusion of Billy, the blind kid (Brady Bluhm) could mean that Dumb and Dumber To will be a revenge plot that the two stars will foil over and over through sheer stupidity, much like the first film. Dumb and Dumber To ‘s returning cast also includes Laurie Holden as the main villain , meaning that she may just be the boy’s sister and caretaker as the boy goes out of his way to deny Harry and Lloyd what they want from him.
According to the IMDb , the two idiots are on a mission 20 years after the events of the first film to find one of the “long lost children” (who may be Billy or one of his childhood friends) in order to get a new kidney.
Adele Pichlow (Laurie Holden) could be Billy ‘s sister, given that he’s now in his 30s, and doing everything she can to avenge him as he recalls the trauma of being sold a dead bird as a boy.
