Dancing with the Stars contestant Corbin Bleu really wants to have a mini High School Musical reunion at some point during the show.
For those who aren't into Disney Channel movies, Bleu and Efron starred together in the popular cinematic musical. The movie was popular enough for the studio to develop a handful of sequels and a Chinese-language spin-off.
During an interview with Life & Style magazine, Corbin Bleu said he's hoping Zac Efron can score a seat in the audience during this season of DWTS.
"I really hope [Zac stops by]. I don't know at the moment," he told the publication.
Bleu also wants his other High School Musical co-stars to stop by the show to watch him perform.
"Everybody is obviously very busy, so it all just depends on scheduling, but I'm hoping to get everybody here!" the Dancing with the Stars contestant explained.
Although the actors have remained friends since their days in the High School Musical flicks, Corbin Bleu said he doesn't have any inside information about Zac Efron's recent rehab stint. In other words, don't pester the guy about it.
"I'm not sure where he is, but I wish him the best," Bleu said.
The actor recently told Ryan Seacrest that he was extremely excited to participate in Dancing with the Stars since he would be competing alongside Bill Nye the Science Guy. Judging from his comments, Bleu is an admirer of the scientist.
"I'm such a fan. I totally geeked out when I saw him," he told the American Idol host.
The Inquisitr previously reported that Bill Nye suffered an injury during his recent performance on the dancing competition. It's unknown if he will return to DWTS.
