Jessica Biel is no more, she has officially changed her name to Jessica Timberlake, sort of.
The actress and wife of pop sensation Justin Timberlake says she will keep her maiden name professionally, but, in her private life, she is using her husband’s last name.
It’s been almost a year since the couple got hitched, and Jessica had stated, at the time, that she would be changing her name to that of Justin.
Well now, according to Life And Style, it’s official, she is Mrs. Jessica Timberlake. How does that sound?
“My professional name will still be the same, but for life, yes, I think it sounds great,” the actress told People in October of 2012. “I think I really won the jackpot of names.”
At that time, Mrs. Timberlake shared how she felt about her new husband,
“It’s hard to find that one person in the world. Once you find that person, go for it. That kind of commitment is very special.”
Jessica Biel ( The Truth About Emanuel, Playing For Keeps ) and Justin Timberlake have been together since 2007 and reports are that she is ready to start a family.
The couple has been plagued by some rumors of Justin cheating , all of which have been squashed in recent weeks.
Jessica and Justin were caught kissing at the US Open earlier this month in a rare PDA.
In late August, the couple was spotted in Soho and later attending an after party for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on August 25.
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake got engaged in a romantic setting in the Wyoming mountains where they were enjoying the snow, Jessica is an avid snowboarder, and Justin thought it was the perfect setting for a proposal.
Mr. Timberlake said at the time that he had never been happier and he knew it was the right time to propose. Now Jessica Biel is making a statement by adopting her husband’s famous last name.
