Jennifer Garner: Ben Affleck Batman Role ‘Exciting’

Jennifer Garner says Ben Affleck would be great as Batman.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, rumors of Ben Affleck as Batman triggered outrage from Batman fans.

In response to teasing about Ben Affleck’s Batman backlash by a talk show host, Affleck just replied, “I’m a big boy. I can handle any snub. I can handle anything.” Still, Ben Affleck playing Batman is way, way better than the rumor that Justin Bieber would be Batman, which turned out to be a fake tease photoshop.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have been married for a while and have three beautiful children. So perhaps it’s with no surprise that Jennifer Garner believes Ben Affleck as Batman would bring something new to the persona of the Batman:

“I was excited for him. I was excited because he had a real take on what he wanted to do, and you know, I have to say, my husband is a pretty great storyteller himself, and I’m excited to watch him do it.”

Jennifer Garner has even supported her husband by dressing her children up in Batman clothing while out on the town.

Jennifer Garner was asked whether Ben Affleck had a special Batman voice different from Christian Bale’s snarling in the latest Batman trilogy. She only snarkily replied, “I hear every voice.” Of course, she also never though she’d ever be married to Batman, either. I suppose if there’s ever a huge Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck argument, he can just end it by saying, “Because I’m Batman!”
