Woman Stabs Roommate For Listening To Non-Stop Eagles Music

A South Carolina woman stabbed her roommate after they refused to stop playing non-stop music from classic rock band The Eagles.

A 54-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday night and charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.

The victim was the females 64-year-old ex-boyfriend and current roommate. He suffered from lacerations on an arm, elbow and hand.

According to a police report the woman stabbed her roommate after he refused to stop playing the hits “Hotel California,” “Heartache Tonight” and “Desperado.”

The man was not “seriously injured” after the former couples argument escalated into a verbal assault. The man reportedly told his former girlfriend to “shut up.”

The man was stabbed and sliced with a 14-inch serrated bread knife. The man was lacerated several times before he and a friend restrained the crazed ex-girlfriend and removed the knife from her possession.

After she calmed down the men released the attacker. The female roommate grabbed another knife and cut her ex-boyfriend several more times.

In the report police note that “all parties involved were intoxicated.”

When asked what Eagles song pushed the woman over the edge police said they weren’t sure.

Apparently “Hotel California” is a place where people go insane and stab former lovers — who knew.
