‘My Fair Wedding’ Host David Tutera: Split Up Children In Divorce Trial

My Fair Wedding host David Tutera is currently engaged in a split with Ryan Jurica and their dissolving partnership has a twist nobody could have seen coming.

The men recently took custody of two fraternal twins from a surrogate and now they each want one of the children.

The bitter custody battle has a serious complication. Each man fertilized an egg which was then implanted. The surrogate gave birth to the two babies at the same time.

As the two men fight for their parental rights a judge has issued a temporary custody arrangement. David gets custody of his biological child, Cielo, and Ryan has custody of his biological child, Cedric.

The feuding former partners are “close” to a settlement that would make the temporary custody arrangement final.

While the custody battle has been considered brutal sources say the rest of the case has the two men getting along.

We still don’t know what type of visitation rights might be given for each man’s child.
