Brian Wilson Offered $1 Million To Shave Beard, Says No

Brian Wilson could have made $1 million for a few minutes of work but the Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher refuses to shave his beard.

According to Yahoo News, 800Razors.com has been trying to get Brian Wilson to become their spokesman. The company even offered Wilson a “seven figure” sum to shave his beard.

But Wilson isn’t interested in the money.

The MLB pitcher recently told TMZ that he was going to take his beard to the grave and that he wouldn’t shave it for any amount of money.

Wilson said: “I DON’T CARE HOW MUCH MONEY’S ON THE TABLE… NOBODY’S CUTTING ME!”

Wilson said that he never even considered the offer and that at no point was his beard in any danger.

Are you surprised that Wilson turned down $1 million to save his beard?

The Dodgers pitcher, who recently returned from Tommy John surgery, has let his facial hair get pretty crazy recently. It’s thick, black, and even comes with its own little beard pony tail. There was a time when Brian Wilson was a clean cut young ball player for the San Francisco Giants but those days are long gone.

Regardless of his facial hair, Wilson is still doing well on the mound. Wilson tossed a scoreless ninth inning to help the Dodgers beat the Miami Marlins on Thursday afternoon during his first game since surgery.
