Punky Brewster is expecting again!
Soleil Moon Frye announced that she is pregnant with her third child on the Today show Thursday .
“I have a very big announcement: We have a newest addition to the family here,” she said. “Yay! We have two girls and now a new baby to join the family. We are so excited…I’m so happy.”
This will be the third child for Frye and her husband, Jason Goldberg. Married since 1998, the couple are already happy parents to 7-year-old Poet and 5-year-old Jagger. Frye has frequently expressed her desire to have more children in previous interviews.
“It’s on my mind like everyday!” she told The Bump last October. “I want a third! I just feel like if I have a third it will be another girl and I would be so into it. And then maybe the fourth would be a boy. Fingers crossed within the next year!”
“I would love more kids!” she told SheKnows earlier this month. “I’ve always wanted a big family.”
Soleil Moon Frye’s pregnancy announcement also coincides with the launch of her photo-sharing app Moonfrye, which gives families “unique, simple, and time-effective ways to get creative together.”
“Time with my family is precious and I love capturing our memories,” Frye said about the creation of Moonfrye.
“With our app, children can now be a part of the process and not just the subjects of our incredible photos. In a tech-centric world, Moonfrye inspires families to be creative, to enjoy the process, and to share their memories in a unique way that bridges the gap between screen time and family time.”
