Ashley Tisdale is engaged.
Musician Christopher French proposed to the 28-year-old actress on the 103rd floor of the Empire State Building in New York City this week. And in case you’re wondering, Tisdale said yes.
The actress writes on Twitter: “Best night of my life. We’re on top of the world.”
Life & Style confirmed the news saying that Tisdale is “over the moon” about the engagement.
A source told the magazine: “It happened on the 103rd floor at the top of the Empire State Building… It was totally romantic and Ashley’s over the moon, of course!”
The actress hasn’t made an official announcement yet but E! News reports that Tisdale was spotted out in NYC today sporting a new ring on her engagement finger.
US Magazine reports that Tisdale and French have been dating since December 2012.
Tisdale is best known for movies like High School Musical but she’s also appeared in dramas like the Sons Of Anarchy. Tisdale also lends her voice to the cartoon Phineas and Ferb.
