Lisa Kudrow Talks Web Therapy, ‘Friends’ Reunion

Lisa Kurdrow is keeping herself busy these days with her new show Web Therapy. The actress recently opened up about the new season of her Showtime series and even talked about the possibility of a Friends reunion.

And no, it isn’t happening.

Kudrow told the Huffington Post that she’s “too old” for a Friends reunion and that she doesn’t really want to see what Phoebe Buffay has been doing for the past decade.

The actress said: “I wouldn’t even have an interest in seeing what those people are doing 10 years later as parents that have to be responsible… It would be so different that it wouldn’t be ‘Friends’ anymore.”

Kudrow may be best known for her work on Friends but the actress has moved on to bigger and better things. Her new series, Web Therapy, started out as an online show but was recently picked up by Showtime. The show gives Kudrow the chance to improvise with some of comedy’s biggest names including Steve Carell, Billy Crystal, Megan Mullally and her old co-star Joe Tribiana, AKA Matt LeBlanc.

Kudrow said that this season of Web Therapy will feature some “unimaginable” stories.

Kudrow said: “We’ve come across so many unimaginable stories this round — really dramatic, hard, sometimes tragic stuff with some personal accounts dating back to colonial times… You want to feel grateful for how easy we have it today? Start digging into your history.”

The new season of Web Therapy starts tonight on Showtime. You can see a preview featuring Lisa Kurdrow, Matt LeBlanc, Steve Carell and Meg Ryan below.
