NBA Star’s Dad Looks Exactly Like Ron Burgundy
If you are a fan of the Will Ferrell helmed movie Anchorman, you will love former NBA baller Stan Love.
The father of current NBA all-star Kevin Love was playing for the Los Angels Lakers back in 1974 when a photo was snapped during a Golden State, Los Angeles Lakers game.
The photo was spotted by Sports Illustrated producer Andy Gray. Andy picks various photos from the SI vault to be featured on the Twitter account @si_vault.
More than 89,000 Twitter users follow @si_vault and they were very quick to point out the uncanny resemblance between Ron Burgundy and Stan Love.
Keep in mind that Anchorman was based in the 1970s, which means the hairdo and look of Ron Burgundy would be right on par with the time of this photograph.
With no further adieu here is Stan Love, a.k.a. the “original” Ron Burgundy:

@si_vault I can’t be the only person who noticed @kevinlove‘s dad looks identical to Ron Burgundy in this photo, right?
