Jennifer Lawrence On Peeing All Over Her Costume During ‘Catching Fire’

Jennifer Lawrence loved “filming” in the water, a new profile ahead of “Catching Fire” proclaims, but a quote later reveals what was so compelling to the actress.

In “Catching Fire,” Jennifer Lawrence resumes her role of Katniss Everdeen in the “Hunger Games” trilogy, and the star was her typical adorably goofy self when she talked about filming her part in installment number two. (There is a joke in there, and The Inquisitr is going to take the high road in not cracking it. You’re welcome, readers.)

Lawrence is known for her “adorkable” comments, and who hasn’t confessed to peeing in the shower — or perhaps, when really drunk, peeing in the pool? Not Jennifer Lawrence, that’s who!

The star who brought Katniss to the screen to the delight of several screaming fangirls and fanboys admits that the best part of filming “Catching Fire” was peeing all over herself in the surf. No, really!

Lawrence talked about the scenes shot in the surf off Hawaii, and says that not having to stop to visit the ladies’ room and disrobe and wash her hands was a definite highlight — which makes us wonder just how underwhelming the craft sections and amenity areas of sets are, since we always imagined portable palaces.

She said:

“It was so fun, because Josh [Hutcherson] and I could just swim in the water, or like, pee any time you want. Anytime you have to pee you can just run right in the water. It was amazing, because the water was really warm, and Hawaii is great. I love working in the water.”

Dear State Of Hawaii, please note that you may be missing a tourism angle here.

Do you find Jennifer Lawrence’s peeing in the pool admission to be adorably candid?
