Chinese Woman Trapped Between Walls For 7 Hours, Passers By Mistake Her For Ghost

A Chinese woman was finally rescued after she was trapped between two walls for over seven hours on Saturday night.

Passers-by heard his screams for assistance but they believed that that believed that she was a ghost and carried on with their daily chores.

It is believed that the woman was attempting to take a shortcut back to her home, however this quick deviation turned into a long struggle after she became jammed between the two walls and she was forced to remain upright and on her feet overnight.

The woman, who was on her way home from work, made the diversion at 10 p.m. when she saw a gap near her home in Anhui Province, eastern China. She wasn’t discovered there until the next morning, at around 5 am, and then firefighters called firefighters who were able to remove her, after they spent 20 minutes demolishing a wall. You can watch a clip of the incident above.

The video shows the firefighters pulling the woman, who looks exhausted and her clothes are all tattered, free.

The woman should have been released hours earlier, as residents near the scene actually heard her screams but believed that she was a ghost so decided to steer well clear of her calls.

After the firefighters destroyed the wall the firefighters help to pull up the woman, who is clearly embarrassed, and place her on the wall.

In May a Chinese baby was trapped in the pipes of a residential bathroom after he was flushed down the toilet by his abandoned parents. He was found alive after inhabitants of the complex heard his screams and looked to save the newborn boy.

A 3-year-old girl was also trapped in her washing machine after playing with the contraption, but she too remained unharmed despite somehow squashing herself into the cleaning device.
