Veronica Mars star Kristen Bell is about to spend some time with the crazy cast of NBC’s hit show Parks and Recreations.
Bell has agreed to guest-start in one episode of the scripted TV series. Bell will play the character named Ingrid. Her character is said to be a snooty City Councilwomen from Eagleton.
The shows executive producer Michael Schur tells Entertainment Weekly :
“She’s Leslie’s equivalent, but richer and better dressed.”
Amy Poehler’s character will meet up with Kristen Bell’s character at the annual Pawnee-Eagleton high school basketball game.
The chance to work on Parks And Recreation means Kristen Bell will once again be working Parks actor Adam Scott. The pair have worked together on Party Down and Veronica Mars ,
If you want to play six degrees of Kristen Bell even further, she also stars on House Of Lies, which is the home of frequent Parks and Recreation guest Ben Schwartz.
While Parks and Recreation returns for its sixth season on September 26, we won’t get to see Bell’s episode until sometime in October.
When we think of the busiest actors and actresses in Hollywood, we oftentimes think of A-List starts that spent their time on movie sets. Kristen Bell however does much of her acting on the small screen and apparently loves it so much that in her spare time she picks up more TV work.
