Channing Tatum Wears Baby Sling, Ovaries Explode [Video]

Channing Tatum had to go being photographed at LAX wearing new daughter Everly in a sling, and productivity among American women exposed to the image is already dropping sharply.

As The Inquisitr reported earlier, Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum passed through the hub airport Saturday as they traveled to Canada. Tatum was casually dressed in white flip-flops, but the piece de resistance was baby Everly, ensconced in a matching gray snug sling as Channing and Jenna waited in line during their travel.

Since Channing Tatum became dad to Everly, he has been open about his broad range of feelings about fatherhood, speaking often about how much of a change the new baby has been in his life.

Channing was talking about White House Down last month when he said that the idea of being in the Secret Service (his character’s plot-driving aspiration in the summer blockbuster) paled when considering what it’s like to know you’re responsible for a baby:

“Well, I’ve never protected the president, but I have been a new dad, and I can tell you that being a new dad is pretty terrifying. I’m pretty sure that something about the president makes the stakes a little higher, but to me as a new father, nothing is more important or scary than protecting a daughter.”

Even more adorably, Channing feels like one of the challenges of fatherhood is that dads sometimes don’t get to do enough when it comes to baby care, and the Hollywood hottie says he wishes wife Jenna would let him do more of the day to day parenting grunt work:

“I just get so amped up because I’m in the game now. The mom does so much of the early work those first few weeks and I’m just like, ‘Put me in the game. Put me in the game.’ I’ve gotten so good at like changing diapers, swaddling and then get it back before she cries.”
