Hospital Gets Security Sweep For Royal Baby

The hospital at which Kate Middleton will give birth to the royal baby is getting a security sweep ahead of one of the most anticipated events in the UK.

Prince William and his wife Kate are on the last stages of preparing for the arrival of their bundle of joy, who will be third in line to the British throne.

The Duchess of Cambridge has not been seen in public in the last weeks, but is reportedly getting ready for the arrival of her first born.

Wills and Kate don’t know the sex of the baby, by their own choice, they decided to be surprised.

Reports indicate that Kate paid a secret visit to the St. Mary’s Hospital, in which she will be staying for the birth and toured the newly remodeled Lindo Wing to make sure everything is in order.

The rest of the family is also anticipating the arrival of the royal baby, including the great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth who will be notified by her grandson William.

However, if Kate gives birth in the middle of the night, it is not expected that the Queen will be awoken to receive the happy news, she will wait until a more civilized time.

Prince William is continuing with his duties as a search and rescue pilot in Anglesey, Wales.

The Prince has vowed he will be at his wife’s side for the big event. This is why there is a helicopter on standby at his residence in Wales, to fly him to London if he is on duty when the time comes.

Kate’s due date is this Thursday, July 11, which means she can go into labor at any time now.

As for the rest of the country, there is great anticipation for the event. William and Kate are very well liked and the royal baby is sure to follow suit.
