Palm Pre Plus Vanishes From Verizon, AT&T Online Stores

Palm pulled a vanishing act today when the Palm Pre Plus suddenly vanished from both the AT&T and Verizon Wireless online stores. The unit eventually showed back up on Verizon’s website, but the “out of stock” status has remained in place.

Palm (now owned by HP) and both Verizon and AT&T have yet to address the issue at hand.

The Palm Pre Plus has had sales issues since launching in January and HP eventually purchased the company with the hopes of integrating the WebOS platform in new HP products that are due out in the coming months. In any case it was a weird disappearing act that has yet to be explained.
