Iron Man Thief Robs A Bank In Florida [Video]

A man dressed as the superhero, Iron Man, robbed a bank in Palm Coast, Florida, yesterday, and was able to escape even without Tony Stark’s suit.

The incident occurred at 4pm at the Wells Fargo Bank on Belle Terre Parkway in the Town Center Shopping Center of the city, which had 10 people inside it at the time.

The masked individual barged into the establishment wearing an Iron Man mask, and then proceded to take out a gun and demand money from the bank and its inhabitants. No one was injured in the ordeal.

The robber then drove away in a maroon car, and he is still yet to be caught by the police, whilst officers investigating the case have yet to confirm whether or not the thief actually took any money.

The culprit has been described as a 5’4 black man with a thin build man, who was wearing tan boots, a red and black backpack, and gloves.

His maroon car, which was either a Nissan or Honda and possessed a Florida drivers license, was seen driving north of the establishment, and even though officials were sent out to locate the vehicle it wasn’t located. The FBI are now involved in the investigation.

Last month a different man wearing an Iron Man costume robbed another San Clemente bank.

This incident comes on the same day that Marvel confirmed that Robert Downey Jnr would be returning for second and third Avengers movies.

An official press release by Marvel stated, “Marvel’s The Avengers 2 is being written and directed by Joss Whedon. Featuring favorites from the first Avengers film and new Marvel characters never before seen on the big screen, Marvel’s The Avengers 2 is slated to begin production in March 2014 and open in theaters May 1, 2015.”
