‘Titanfall’ E3 2013 Gameplay Demo

The first footage of Titanfall has been revealed at the E3 2013 conference.

Since news of Respawn Entertainent making a sci-fi shooter game, players have waited with bated breath to finally see this first game footage.

Furthermore, the teaser the company put out when they launched their website left gamers desperate for the official title to be revealed much sooner than now.

However, the wait seems to have been worth it.

The terrain of the game in this epic clip depicts a futurist world overrun with soldiers and mechs fighting for the claim over the land:

“This is our land and we’re going to fight for it.” said one soldier during the intense warfare.

From Respawn Entertainment, the developers behind Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare, this first person shooter is set for release in Spring 2014 and promises to alter this generation of gaming.

Vince Zampella, a Co-Creator of Call of Duty and Co-Founder of Respawn Entertainment, had this to say about the long anticipated game:

“It’s an exciting time in the industry and it feels like the perfect time to be unveiling Titanfall […] Our passion at Respawn is games and we are focused on bringing something exciting to kick off the next generation of software.”

Although Titanfall was leaked last week, E3’s footage is the first proper glimpse at this new mech-based shooter.

The main characters of this intense action packed game will be able to use a wide array of equipment, such as jetpacks, hi-jacking and piloting mechs.

Furthermore, players will be able to wall ride buildings as well as other objects as they’re in flight.

Due to its release on Xbox One and PC the use of ‘cloud’ will be crucial while playing this game, therefore a constant Internet connection will be needed while playing.

With so many innovations encased in one high adrenaline game Spring 2014 promises to be a fantastic year for gamers.
