Drunk Driver Crashes Car While Having Sex

Albuquerque, NM – A drunk driver crashed his car while having sex in New Mexico.

According to police, 25-year-old Luis Briones and 21-year-old Natasha Carroll were having intoxciated sex inside his SUV while barreling down the road on Monday evening.

Since his attention was elsewhere at the time, Briones reportedly ran a red light and hit another car. The force of the impact sent Carroll flying from the vehicle.

Instead of staying by his wounded companion’s side, the drunk driver hopped back inside the SUV and attempted to speed away. However, The Smoking Gun reports that one witness managed to take the keys away from Briones before he could escape.

Realizing that he was only minutes away from getting arrested, the drunk driver jumped into a nearby bush and attempted to hide behind a cactus. Since Briones was only wearing one shoe and a pair of inside-out shorts at the time, he was likely in a fair amount of pain at the time. It didn’t take long for officers to locate the man.

According to the Albuquerque Journal, Carroll was completely naked when paramedics arrived at the scene. She received deep cuts to her head and face as a result of being thrown from the SUV. She was taken to an area hospital where she was listed in stable condition.

Police believe that the drunk driver and his woman were engaged in some sort of sex act when the accident occurred. Officers also found a bottle of vodka inside his vehicle. After placing him inside the police car, authorities said he issued several threats and refused to keep his pants on.

The Associated Press reports that Luis Briones has been charged with aggravated DWI, reckless driving, and evading police. It’s unclear if Natasha Carroll will face any charges for her role in the crash.
