Goldie Hawn At 67 Creating Some Buzz, Twitter Hints How She Does It

Goldie Hawn at age 67 is creating some buzz after her glamorous appearance in a tasteful yellow gown at the amFAR gala at the Cannes Film Festival on Thursday night. Unlike attention-hogging actresses like Eva Longoria who couldn’t seem to keep their clothes on, the free-spirited Cactus Flower star managed to draw eyes without removing her underpants.

The 2013 amfAR Cinema Against AIDS event was held at the Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes. The stars reportedly raised about $26 million for AIDS research, where Hawn was one of the speakers.

You may be wondering how the heck Goldie Hawn still looks that good at age 67, especially after a life as a carefree California girl in sunny Los Angeles. Well, wonder no more. From time to time, Hawn drops a few clues into her official Twitter account.

It appears that bicycling and meditation play a huge role in Hawn’s beauty routine. She has frequently tweeted photographs of places she’s cycled, although the tricycle photo below is just for fun.

She also recently pointed to a Huffington Post article on meditation, noting that, “Times are changing. [T]he M word is coming of age!”

Another ageless beauty who appeared at Cannes, 1980s fitness guru and Barbarella sex kitten Jane Fonda, also wowed. Unlike Hawn, who seems to avoid showing her own face in her tweets, 75-year-old Fonda has posted tweets from Cannes itself:

The forthright Fonda recently appeared in People’s 100 Most Beautiful People. When asked her secrets to aging gracefully, she said: “Good genes and a lot of money.”

Hmmm. Fonda’s advice sounds way less time-consuming than Hawn’s, but it might not be too practical for most of us.

While I doubt that riding a bike or meditation will let many sixtysomethings look like Goldie Hawn at 67, hey. It’s worth a try.
