A 7-month-old baby has learned how to water-ski at Lake Dyer in Queensland, Australia ,and he’s now a viral sensation after his mother posted a video of the amazing feat on YouTube. Baby Ryder Blair may not know how to walk yet, but he certainly has got the hang of cutting it up on water-ski’s.

It’s difficult enough for a 7-month-old to learn how to stand up alone without aid, but baby Ryder has skipped the basics and taken to the water instead.

The little guy has a natural talent for water-skiing, and he showed no fear during his runs on the lake. He tightly gripped the frame of his custom baby-fit water-ski’s and went along for the ride. His mother, Tamara Blair, followed closely from behind as her son began shredding the banks of Lake Dyer.

The fearless baby wasn’t water-skiing off a boat, which would have been complete insanity, but instead was pulled close to the shoreline. Little Ryder is just over halfway to his first birthday at 7.5-months-old and looks to have the skills as a baby to make a career out of water sports when he grows up.

Everyone takes notice when a 7-month-old baby water-ski’s, as most of us as adults still struggle to stay above water. Ryder Blair wasn’t afraid in the slightest bit and kept his calm during each run while never falling.

The youngster even showed some technique with his feet firmly planted for better balance. Ryder also created a little baby-wake behind him as he was pulled near the shoreline.

There was no deep water in Ryder’s way and even his mother struggles to keep up with him as she ran next to her baby. This won’t be the last time Ryder is on water ski’s this young as the mother revealed plans of getting her son next to a boat when he’s a little older and it’s warmer next season.

Here’s video of the amazing sight as Ryder Blair became the first 7-month-old baby to water-ski.
