‘Marvel Heroes’ Holding Open Beta This Weekend In Honor Of ‘Iron Man 3’


Marvel Heroes is staging a special open beta this weekend in honor the release of the Iron Man 3 movie.

Game developer Gazillion Entertainment issued a press release this morning detailing how people would be able to sign up for this very special open beta preview.

The game has actually been in closed beta for the last few months in preparation for the eventual June launch. The open beta will be running from Saturday, May 4 until Monday, May 6.

People who want to sign up for the weekend should actually register as quickly as they can at www.marvelheroes.com and when it gets closer to the weekend, emails will be sent out telling people how they can download the game.

The Marvel Heroes, Iron Man 3 weekend beta will allow new players to start the game off with an Avenger of their choosing. That means they can play the game with Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Black Widow, or of course Iron Man.

The game offers up as many as 14 different armors that you can outfit your hero in that spans the entire career of the hero from the movies and the comics.

The game is an MMO that is free to play and will allow you to pick any number of different heroes when it officially launches.

The goal of the game is to team up and take on Doctor Doom and his evil cohorts as they menace the world with the cosmic cube.

The developers have touted a diverse leveling system that is unique to whatever character you are playing with. You will also be able to travel across a huge world that ensures you get a deep game play adventure whenever you boot up the game.
