Jenelle Evans Arrested For Heroin Possession, Assault

It has not been a good month for the stars of Teen Mom. Jenelle Evans was arrested for heroin possession and assault.

According to TMZ, Evans found herself back behind bars today following a domestic dispute at her home. Police were called to the scene and allegedly found 12 bags of heroin at the scene.

The police report also states that Evans was also in possession of Percocet, a prescription pain killer, and an illegal glass pipe.

In addition to the drug charges, Evans was also charged with assault. Police said that Evans hit her husband Courtland Rogers with a piece of furniture during the dispute.

But Rogers wasn’t an innocent victim in the incident. Police said that Rogers hit the Teen Mom star on her neck and head with a closed fist. Rogers was charged with assault as well as heroin possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and distribute.

Evans and Rogers both denied that the heroin belonged to them.

To make matters worse, and yes, it gets worse, Evans was served with a warrant for failing to pay child support.

Evans’ attorney, Dustin R.T. Sullivan, told E! News that the reality show star was currently in jail on $20,000 bond. Sullivan said that he would have her out of prison by the end of the day.

Jenelle Evans was arrested on drug charges just a few hours after she sent this hopeful tweet to one of her fans.
