Google Introduces Customer Support For Nexus One

It took a while, but Google has finally announced customer support for their first Google phone the Nexus One. The announcement comes after the company has already pushed out a 3G update fix and lowered their $350 early termination fee over customer outrage.

Nexus One users can now call (888) 48NEXUS from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST and speak to a live person about issues they are experiencing with their devices. The move marks the companies first fully supported decent away from an internet only approach that they have stood behind for obvious reasons.
