John Clark Gable DUI

Son of iconic Hollywood actor Clark Gable was recently arrested for DUI.

Authorities explained that 52-year-old John Clark Gable crashed his Ford Raptor into six cars near the Malibu Pier on Tuesday. He is also said to have rear-ended another driver during the incident. No injuries were reported.

“The police guy opened the door for his truck and was telling him to get out of his truck,” a witness explained to KTLA. “It took him a few seconds to get out of his truck and then finally when he got out I guess he was in shock or something… He just fell on the floor.”

Officers at the scene determined that Clark Gable’s son was intoxicated when the accident occurred. He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and a hit-and-run as a result.

Clark Gable’s grandson also found himself in trouble back in 2011 after he used a laser pointer on the cockpit of a police helicopter. Clark Gable III was later charged with endangering a pilot and sentenced to 10 days behind bars.

“Boys will be boys, and he was playing with what he thought was a toy and not a felony piece. From what he told me from jail, he had it out the window, and he was shining it out the window, and the next thing he knew was that he had a spotlight on him,” his manager said.

John Clark Gable was in the news last year after his 41-year-old girlfriend Christiane Candice Lange died in her sleep. The actor’s son said that Lange went to bed after she complained about not feeling well. When he went checked on her the next morning, she wouldn’t wake up. It’s believed that Lange died of an accidental prescription drug overdose.

John is the son of Hollywood star Clark Gable. He is best known for his roles in Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, and It Happened One Night. His son was born four months after he passed away in 1960.
