After teasing fans with clips, actress Ariana Grande finally released her new single on Monday (March 25).
The Victorious co-star recently stopped by On Air with Ryan Seacrest to debut her song “The Way.” The tune finds the 19-year-old collaborating with rapper Mac Miller.
Although Ariana Grande is eager to release her upcoming album, a release date has not been set as of this writing. However, the actress revealed on Ryan Seacrest’s radio program that she hoped to have the album finished by August or September .
The actress also discussed her new single with the folks at 92.3 NOW . Grande revealed that she met Miller in November of last year. The two quickly began making music together.
“We’ve done a bunch of cool songs together. When ‘The Way’ came about I sang it and I recorded it and I was like ‘Hey you should feature on this record. He was like sure.’ And then it happened and it was perfect,” the singer revealed.
Fans of the actress can expect a few more collaborations with Mac Miller to find their way onto her upcoming album.
“We’ve made a whole bunch of songs together and I think a couple of the other ones are going to be on the album as well,” she told Ryan Seacrest .
The song has quickly founds its way into the hands of Ariana Grande fans around the world. Many of them immediately took to Twitter to share their thoughts about the new tune.
