Justin Timberlake Confirms Follow Up ’20/20 Experience’ Album

Justin Timberlake took a 7-year hiatus after bringing sexy back in 2006. But now that he’s back, JT fans can expect two albums in one year.

Timberlake recently released The 20/20 Experience and the musician plans on releasing another album soon. Timberlake said that The 20/20 Experience was just the “first half” of his new album.

Timberlake said: “I need to clear up a rumor … “The news that this is only the first half of the album, that’s true. That’s all I’m gonna say!”

Questlove started the rumor earlier this year when he wrote that Timberlake would be releasing a second album in November. Timberlake hasn’t set a release date yet but a second album is coming and it should be released before 2014.

Questlove wrote: “Spoiler alert. 20/20 Vol 2 comes out in nov … 10 songs now…..10 songs later= 20 vision.”

Timberlake made the announcement during the record release party last night. In between songs, the musician talked to Ryan Seacrest about his new album. Timberlake revealed that the track “Blue Ocean Floor” was inspired by Radiohead, and that “Let The Groove Get In” reminded him of “the Jackson 5 going to Brazil”

But it wasn’t all about the new music. JT also played some of his biggest hits as well as Jay-Z’s “N—as In Paris.”

You can watch the record release part tonight on the CW at 8 pm.
