Jason And Molly Mesnick Baby: Former ‘Bachelor’ Couple Welcome First Child Together

Former Bachelor contestants Jason And Molly Mesnick are the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl.

According to People magazine, the couple, who met on season 13 of ABC’s The Bachelor, welcomed the birth of their first child together Thursday in Seattle.

“[She] has a full head of hair — probably more than I’ll have in the next few years,” joked Jason, 36.

Jason, who also has an 8-year-old son, Ty, from a previous marriage, took to Twitter to announce the good news of his little girl’s arrival.

“We welcomed the most beautiful healthy baby girl to our family today, Riley Anne Mesnick,” he tweeted. “Thank you all for your well wishes!”

People reports little Riley Anne weighed in at 6 lbs., 8 oz., and is 18¾ inches long. Though she is only a day old, she has completely stolen Molly’s affections.

“What’s amazing to me is when Molly is holding Riley, her eyes do not come off her,” Jason told the mag. “I’m already seeing how much Molly loves the baby.”

The Mesnick’s, who married in 2010 and announced their pregnancy back in October, previously said Ty was also anticipating the arrival of his baby sister.

“He’s been an only child all of his life, so he’s really excited to be a big brother and he totally understands what’s going on,” Jason told Us Weekly just weeks before welcoming his daughter. “And it’s nice that he’s older, so maybe he will be able to help out a little bit.”
