Nice try, Rupert. A new rumor is going around suggesting that almost-divorced Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders has once again tried barking up the Kristen Stewart tree, but to no avail this time.
Radar reports that ever since British model Liberty Ross confirmed that she would pursue a divorce from Sanders after an almost-reconciliation, the scandal-ridden director has been reaching out to Stewart via text and email. However, the 22-year-old actress is ignoring Sanders’ advances.
“She doesn’t want anything to do with him,” sad the source. “He texted her a number of times after Liberty filed for divorce, however Kristen didn’t respond.”
According to The Hollywood Gossip , Stewart “regrets ever getting involved with Rupert” because of the public whipping she received, as well as the pain it caused her boyfriend and fellow Twilight star Robert Pattinson.
Further, it has been rumored that Pattinson and Stewart have been struggling to put their relationship back on track, and that they might be breaking up once Breaking Dawn: Part II hits the DVD shelf . Pattinson is currently filming in Australia, and his relationship with Stewart is said to be “up in the air.”
Still, though it’s “proving to be difficult” for Stewart and Pattinson to reconcile, the source says that the actress wouldn’t dream of going back to Sanders.
“When it comes to Rupert, that ship has sailed,” the source says.
