Khloe Kardashian is so desperate to catch up to sisters Kim and Kourtney and have a baby that she’s even taking fertility treatments to help her get pregnant with Lamar Odom’s baby, according to several celebrity gossip publications.
Celebrity Dirty Laundry reports that Khloe will have a pregnancy announcement all her own in the spring thanks to fertility treatments she has reportedly been receiving.
“It’s really hard for Khloe to see both of her sisters already having kids and neither of them are even married yet. She was supposed to have a true romance that neither of her sisters had and to settle down and start a family. Now both Kourtney [Kardashian] and Kim are living the life she wants,” a source reportedly said.
Of course, the publication goes on to suggest that Lamar Odom may not be entirely faithful to Khloe and that Kim Kardashian, though initially “scared” to tell her sister about her own pregnancy, is apparently now pushing Khloe to get pregnant herself so they can be all sister-y and pregnant together.
The plot thickens: Lamar Odom is apparently begging Khloe to stop having her fertility treatments filmed for the TV show, even though mom-ager Kris Jenner thinks it will make for awesome ratings.
“Lamar thinks all the attention is stressing Khloe out and having a negative impact on them being able to have a baby. He wants Khloe to just be happy and to stop being controlled by her mother and TV ratings. Of course, he won’t say any of this to Kris’ face because he doesn’t want to rock the boat,” a source told Hollywood Life .
What am I to make of all this, GossipCop ? Well for one, any suggestion that Khloe is upset and bitterly jealous of Kim’s pregnancy announcement is probably crap. Their own sources say that Khloe is nothing but happy for her sister, and they tend to get these things right.
Furthermore, after Kim’s announcement, Khloe tweeted:
“KIMYE!!!!! Keeping secrets is hard with so many family members! Especially when you are so freaking excited!!!!! LOVE is everything!!!!”
We’re sure that Khloe and Lamar have agreed that they want to start a family together, and they’re working it out. But the only thing that’s really making it harder for Khloe to get pregnant are tabloid stories and half-truths like those above.
