MUNITIO Unveils New Earphones, Announces PRO40 Headphones [CES 2013]

MUNITIO, an urban lifestyle headphone brand, was a big hit at Pepcom and CES 2013. The company unveiled a re-engineered update of their signature NINES tactical earphones, as well as announcing their new PRO40 High Performance Headphones.

The company’s re-engineered NINES earphones provide the listener with enhanced acoustics for all industry leading MP3 and tablets. They also have a three button Mic Control for Apple devices.

Not only do the earphones boast an unconventional style, they also pack a fantastic sound that includes their Bass Enhancing Chamber and the Acoustic Sound Flow System. The combination allows the listener to experience accurate, distortion-free bass, smooth mids, detailed highs, and a more dynamic range. Plus, they look awesome.

Each earphones are individually machined, high-density copper alloy casings with a titanium-coated finish. They also boast 9mm speaker drivers and rare earth neodymium magnets.

The MUNITIO NINES are available from the company for $149.00 MAP and include a manufacturer’s replacement warranty. They are available in silver, black, and gold finishes.

MUNITIO also displayed their upcoming PRO40 High Performance Headphones, which The Inquisitr had the pleasure of testing out during Pepcom and CES 2013. The headphones provide a clear, crisp sound that all music lovers crave.

The headphones are the first over-ear model for the company, but with their rock solid construction and flexibility, as well as their sound, it’s easy to see the headphones selling quickly when they hit the market.

The PRO40s offer the listener low-distortion 40mm titanium-coated dynamic drivers, as well as a custom tuned Bass Enhancing Chamber, which is designed to deliver a clear, high-impact sound experience. They also boast high sensitivity and low impedance.

Robert Benjamin, co-founder of MUNITIO, stated of the new PRO40 headphones:

Along with their superior sound quality, the PRO40 also features slick looks. The headphones come with matte black ant titanium-coated components, which have been constructed using aircraft-grade aluminum and high strength polymer. The company’s CODA Axis in-line gimbal technology helps keep the cups positioned perfectly around the listeners ear.

The MUNITIO PRO40 High Performance Headphones are expected to launch in April and will ship for $349 MSRP. They will come with a two-year manufactures replacement warranty and will initially be available in matte black with gold titanium coated rings. Black and silver will follow soon after.
