Carrie Underwood’s Husband Trapped Her In A Net For Halloween

Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher showed off their unique couples Halloween costume this year on social media, which showed Mike jokingly hunting his wife before catching her in a net. Both shared the same pretty hilarious photo of them celebrating the holiday together as they dressed up as a hunter and a deer.

Carrie first shared the sweet photo with her fans on her Instagram account on October 31, which showed Mike trapping her in a giant net while he was the hunter and she was the deer.

Fisher was dressed in full camo gear in the photo, while Underwood sported a zip-up deer onesie complete with antlers as she joked in the caption about the irony of her husband hunting her because she’s actually a vegan.

“The only deer I am OK with [Mike] catching!” the “Church Bells” singer joked on Instagram, adding the hashtags #HelpMe, #happyhalloween, and #veganwifeproblems.

A number of Carrie’s fans then commented on the sweet photo of the two posing together, joking about the couple’s pretty unique couple’s costume this Halloween.

“Haha so cute and creative!!” Instagram user @dodsonbrittany commented on Carrie’s Halloween snap, while @oceans_three responded to the photo in the comments section, “Aww very cute deer she’s a keeper.”

“Much better with a net than with a rifle!!!” another added of the hunting reference.

Mike then posted the same photo of himself and Underwood on his own account, joking that he had been “trophy hunting” this Halloween by trapping the country star in a net.

“Trophy catchin for Halloween! #happyhalloween #realtree #catchindeers,” he joked on the social media site.

The couple’s sweet Halloween costume was also a reference to Fisher’s clothing brand, Catchin’ Deers, which specializes in hunting and outdoor gear.

But when she wasn’t getting hunted and trapped in a net by her husband of seven years, Carrie revealed on the social media site that she was working hard on her body ahead of her gig hosting the 2017 CMA Awards on November 8, where she and co-host Brad Paisley will pay tribute to the victims of the Las Vegas mass shooting in October.

Sharing her spooky Halloween workout on Instagram, Carrie encouraged her more than 6 million followers on the social media site to take a look at what her personal trainer, Eve Overland, had made her do that day. She added the jokey hashtags, #ouch, #tricksfortreats, #HappyHalloween and #StayThePath.

As for what’s next for Underwood and Fisher, the couple has been teasing for a while now that they’re ready to expand their family and give their two-year-old son, Isaiah, a sibling in the not too distant future.
