Tina Campbell is surely feeling the fire after proudly announcing to the world that she voted for President Trump. On Tuesday morning, the staunch Donald Trump supporter took to Instagram to announce the cancellation of her It’s Still Personal Tour due to “lack of support;” possibly due to low ticket sales and scarce sponsorship deals.
The Gospel singer and reality star posted a lengthy public announcement inscribed on a photo of herself wearing a full silvery and black rock star getup. Tina Campbell informed her followers of the sudden postponement, saying, “We are grateful for those who were planning to attend but our overall ticket sales haven’t shown that we have the support that we need to continue to tour at this time.”
The Mary Mary singer also told her fans that she and her Gee Tree Creative team were excited and thrilled about a jam-packed concert experience. However, due to the lack of support, they were unable to go ahead with the tour.
“We’re convinced that many more would love the opportunity to attend this praise-filled, faith-filled, entertaining, worship experience,” she explained.
On a positive note, Tina Campbell’s concert tour wasn’t totally canceled. In fact, she left a positive note to all her supporters, adding, “So we have decided to give ourselves time to reach all of those people and bring this amazing tour back in the spring of 2018.”

Amid the Twitter backlash, Tina Campbell had already clarified that she wasn’t really fond of voting for Trump but had to because her faith was aligned with his politics, and she didn’t like Hilary Clinton either.
“I didn’t like either candidate if I can be perfectly honest,” she said. “I’m a Christian, I’m supposed to pray for the leaders. Stand with, doesn’t mean I agree with everything.”
