Holly Madison and Kate Middleton have one thing in common ( aside from nude photos on the internet ). Both pregnant women are suffering extreme morning sickness.
The pregnant 32-year-old Playboy Playmate and reality TV star was hospitalized yesterday due to complications from nausea, according to her Twitter account. Madison is much father along than Middleton and posted a photo of herself hooked up to an IV that read: “Almost seven months and morning sickness took hold! Glad to be otherwise OK, though.”
Followers and fans poured out their support for Madison, and she said that she appreciated all of the encouraging messages she received while in the emergency room.
“Thank you for all the get well wishes!” Madison tweeted last night, “Keeping me entertained-forgot to bring a book with me.”
Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, is currently in a similar predicament . She was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in London to receive treatment for Hyperemesis Gravidarium yesterday morning, leaving the Royal Court no choice but to confirm her pregnancy.
Her condition only affects a slim margin of expectant mothers (1 percent or less) and is marked by severe nausea, vomiting, weight loss, dehydration, light-headedness, and fainting.
