‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Cane Panics, Nick Helps Chelsea Hunt Down Chloe & Adam Newman Recast Rumors

Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday will crank up the heat as Cane (Daniel Goddard) tries to prevent Lily (Christel Khalil) from finding out about his Tokyo scandal. Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will stop at nothing to find out the real story behind Adam Newman’s death. Spoilers reveal Nick (Joshua Morrow) is going to back her up in this fight even if it means paying someone in exchange for vital information about Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) whereabouts.

Hilary’s Controversial Interview

It seems like Hilary is not going to waste any time in dropping the bomb on Lily. In Thursday’s episode of The Young and the Restless, she is going to pass the USB to Lily on the pretense of an interview. Hilary will convince Lily to check out the contents right away. Lily has no idea something up, and she only thinks that the video needs her approval. In fact, she will put off watching the video for some quality time with Cane.

Friday’s spoilers for The Young and the Restless tease Cane is going to learn Hilary just handed the USB with Juliet’s confession to Lily. Cane was right all along: Hilary has a destructive plan, and a warning from Juliet will not stop her. Cane will do as much damage control as he can.

Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Cane will interrogate Lily about the USB when he gets home. He is hoping that Lily did not pass it on to her agent yet. Cane’s unusual behavior ticks off Lily, and this could push her to watch the video right away. Unless Cane finds a way to steal the USB, Lily could learn about his unfaithfulness or worse: the flash drive could fall into the wrong hands. Either way, Juliet’s incriminating confession could cost Cane his marriage.

Chelsea’s Search For Chloe

Chloe might have left Genoa City, but based on Young and the Restless spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry, Chelsea will do what she can to hunt down the woman who killed her husband. Adam’s death has been a big blow to Chelsea, and the only way she can totally move on is if she learns about everything.

Nick knows Chelsea needs to solve Adam’s death for closure. Young and the Restless spoilers suggest Nick is going to show his support by accompanying Chelsea as she talks to a possible informant. The woman is willing to provide information about Chloe in exchange for a reward, and Nick is wealthy enough to make her talk. What this woman reveals could be what Chelsea needs to figure out where Chloe is. It could, ultimately, lead to more clues about Adam’s whereabouts.

Adam Newman Recast

Young and the Restless spoilers have been hinting Adam Newman’s return for some time now. If rumors are correct, a new Adam will be arriving in Genoa City soon. Chelsea’s search could end up fruitful, after all. Rumors as to how Adam will return to The Young and the Restless are also surfacing.

There is a theory that Chelsea will not forgive Adam for not returning to GC right away. Adam might also feel betrayed since Chelsea hooked up with Nick while he was away, and spoilers are hinting a reunion between Adam and Sharon.

As of the moment, the actor who will play Adam has not been revealed yet. It seems like the showrunners behind The Young and the Restless are still looking for the perfect candidate to replace Justin Hartley. Many fans are still pushing the soap to give the role to Michael Muhney. Muhney has been vocal in his desire to play the role of Adam again. Muhney did a great job in portraying Adam that signs are planning to submit a petition to bring him back. Given the current happenings in Genoa City, it’s just a matter of time before official Young and the Restless spoilers announce who will play Adam.
