’90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After’ Season 2 Premieres In June: Controversial Couples Return

Danielle and Mohamed, Anfisa and Jorge, Loren and Alexei, Russ and Paola, and Chantel and Pedro return to the television for 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Season 2. The season promises drama and revelations as the couples face their married life together. The honeymoon is over, and reality sinks in that everything is not always romantic.

Danielle and Mohamed

Danielle Mullins and Mohamed Jbali are by far the most controversial 90 Day Fiance couple, and fans have followed their story even after their season has ended. They were part of the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After Season 1 and return once more as they deal with their divorce.

The video tease of more drama unfolding between the two as Danielle goes to court and works on getting Mohamed deported. She is accusing her husband of fraud and adultery, saying that she only used her for the green card and he has seen several American women even when they were still living together.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After Season 2 continues to follow their divorce battle a year since they got married. In one of the sneak peeks from TLC via TVRuckus, an authority said Mohamed is in trouble and is likely going to be deported back to Tunisia. Danielle was heard crying and saying she is going to prove in court that he used her. Then she also tried to talk to Mohamed, who said he would only talk to her away from the cameras.

Will this season of 90 Day Fiance spin-off finally reveal Jbali being deported?

Anfisa and Jorge

Anfisa Arkhipchenko and Jorge are one of the most talked about couples in 90 Day Fiance Season 4. The Russian girl had been accused of gold digging as Jorge claims to be super rich, riding expensive car and treating Anfisa luxury gifts. They had several fights in Season 4, with Anfisa walking out and at one point, calling Jorge’s sister a “b***h.” There were speculations that the two wouldn’t make it to the altar, but in the end, a wedding still took place.

As they face the life after the 90-day period, Anfisa might find their realities falling short of expectations. 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After Season 2 teases to reveal what’s keeping the two together despite the controversies.

Loren and Alexei

Of the 90 Day Fiance couples, Loren and Alexei were featured happily married in 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After Season 1. They were able to get through some challenges as husband and wife, but more rough patches emerge after their second wedding in Israel. In the sneak peek, it seems that Loren has some revelations to Alexei. Alexei tells Loren she’s been lying to him all this time and Loren says she didn’t mean to hurt him.

Paola and Russ

Paola had a difficult time settling in Oklahoma with Russ and eventually decided to move to Miami, where she finds a promising career as a professional model. Russ is unemployed and stayed at home apart from his wife. In TLC‘s 90 Day Fiance sneak peek, Paola is arguing with Russ, along with a friend, which led to Russ walking out of the scene. Paola is living her American dream, but how about Russ?

Chantel and Pedro

Because they lied about their engagement, Chantel and Pedro had to deal with disapprovals from Chantel’s family. The couple brings Chantel’s whole family to the Dominican Republic for their second wedding in a bid to make amends for the lies they made in the U.S. However, things didn’t look so well. Apart from that, Chantel thinks Pedro’s goal of going to America is just so he can send more money back home to his family. In the sneak peek of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Season 2, the two get into a fight, with Chantel confronting Pedro about the money issue. Pedro throws his green card to Chantel, telling her he doesn’t need her. Will this be the end for them?
