13th October 2009 (Inquisitr Wire): Aviva UK today announced the selection of Skinkers Live Notification Platform (LNP) to be implemented throughout Aviva UK’s desktop estate. As part of the One Aviva program, Aviva are seeking to further improve the customer experience for all users of their UK-based IT service desk, whilst bringing down the running cost of supporting it.
Skinkers LNP will be deployed to over 20,000 employees’ desktops and will enable the Aviva service desk to instantaneously alert and inform users of service-related issues and outages.
