Khloé Kardashian offered her X Factor co-host Mario Lopez wedding advice this week after she found out he was “nervous” about his own upcoming nuptials.
Kardashian tells PEOPLE :
“We talk during rehearsals and commercial breaks, and he’s like, ‘What time did you cut the cake? …. I’m like, ‘I don’t know. I was so wasted at my wedding.’ “
While she joked around about her own wedding she did give Mario Lopez some sound advice:
“You and your partner should take a few minutes to yourselves and just watch the whole thing from the audience. [My husband] Lamar and I will now talk about those little moments, because you get pulled away from each other. You shouldn’t spend your whole wedding not with each other.”
Basically he might be a TV host for his job but in real life he needs to drop the hosting duties and enjoy his special day with fiancée Courtney Mazza .
Mario might not be “working” so to speak but his wedding will be taped and televised as part of a two-hour wedding special. The wedding special will air on TLC starting December 8 with reruns surely to follow after the original showing.
As for his hopes at the wedding, Mario notes:
“I just want the wedding itself to be fun, just a blast, everybody to party and have fun and to go all night.”
