Kelsey Grammer Short On Cash, Wants To Move Into Camille Grammer’s Co-Owned Home

Kelsey Grammer is short on cash and now he wants to move back into the 10,000 square foot mansion he co-owns with ex-wife Camille Grammer.

As expected the actors ex-wife is not happy with the request since the former couple have been attempting to sell the home but no buyers have come forward.

The home is located adjacent to the second home Grammer recently purchased. In court filings Grammer notes that his new show Boss was cancelled and therefore he can’t afford to carry the mortgages for two homes in the same area.

According to court documents Kelsey wants to rent out his current home at $30,000 per month and then live in his original 10,000 square foot mansion.

The carrying cost for the 10,000 square foot estate is $48,130 per month and Camille Grammer is paying half of those expenses. While half of Camille’s mortgage for her Malibu home is paid by Kelsey those total costs are just $15,000 per month.

According to Camille she is upset because Kelsey, Kayte and their kid moving into the home will likely make it harder to sell on the stingy Beverly Hills real estate market.

A judge has already rejected Camille Grammer’s request to bar her ex-husband from the home. The couple will meet in court next month.

Camille Grammer currently receives $41,000 per month in spousal and child support from Kelsey.

In the meantime it has to be weird for Kayte to be moving into a home that is still half owned by Grammer’s ex-wife.
