Kate Upton Spotted With Geeky Glasses, No Makeup

Kate Upton has ascended to the top of the modeling world, but that doesn’t stop he from being normal every once in a while.

The swimsuit model was photographed at JFK airport dressed down, with no makeup and glasses that E! News pegged as “geeky.”

As E! News noted:

“The Sports Illustrated cover girl looked travel chic in an oversize sweater, jeans and a blue alligator-skin bag. She added geeky glasses to her makeup-free mug and wore her bright blond hair in a bedhead style.

The swimsuit model is famous for her enviable figure, so it’s a rare sight to see the sultry star covering up her money-making assets (the outfit certainly wouldn’t do her dance moves justice). But we think it’s refreshing to see the young star so comfortable in her own skin.”

Not that Kate Upton will be away from the modeling world for long, though. The New York Post reported that she will be featured as the “object of desire” in a new commercial for Mercedes Benz airing during the Super Bowl.

As The Huffington Post noted, Upton’s recent appearance in the highbrow French fashion glossy Jalouse shows that the 20-year-old could be crossing over from swimsuit modeling into high fashion.

As The Huffington Post wrote:

“Inside, however, Kate goes full-on couture cool for Alexei Hay’s camera, suiting up in thick wool Prada coats, Burberry hats with neck drapings, bicep-length gloves and (gasp!) tights. The whole thing reminds us of Upton’s recent Vogue shoot: all bulky plaids and swimsuit-free.”

But no matter where she’s modeling, Kate Upton can still up wearing geeky glasses and no makeup every once in a while.
