Rihanna isn’t ready to settle down just yet but the Barbados singer did say that she wants to have kids in the future.
The pop star stat down on The Ellen Degeneres Show to talk about her love life, her future kids and her new album. When asked if she was going to have children, Rihanna said: “Yes, eventually. I mean, absolutely.”
Well, Ellen went on to ask the next obvious question: Are you dating anyone at the moment?
Rihanna’s tumultuous relationship with Chris Brown has been in the headlines for the last few years and the two were recently spotted out together . Rumors are circulating that Rihanna and Brown are back together but the singer played it coy on Ellen and never gave a straight answer.
Rihanna did, however, say that she would like to raise her kids with a father in the home.
“I mean, I would prefer to have a full family … I’m pretty sure I could handle it if I had to on my own, but that’s not what I’m striving for.”
Rihanna didn’t cave on the questions about her current relationship but she did tell the talk show host about her dream date. If you want to impress Rihanna, all you have to do is sit on the couch and watch TV.
“My favorite thing to do would just be to stay on the couch and watch TV or in bed and watch TV … I love [the reality show] Breaking Amish right now … So I’m a cheap date. No one has to spend any money. They don’t have to take you to dinner. They don’t have to do anything. They just have to hang out with you on a couch.”
