You may think that UFOs are relegated to the realms of science fiction and movies like E.T. and Alien, but many residents of Turkey would disagree as hundreds of people all over the country have reported a mass “fleet of UFOs” swarming the skies of their country in November 2016.
A quick perusal of Twitter will show you that #ufoattack continues to trend and shows no signs of abating anytime soon. Why is this? Have we fallen victim to false reports or mass delusion? The many people who witnessed these UFOs certainly don’t think so. So, could this November 2016 UFO event in Turkey actually be real?
Most scientists today firmly believe in the existence of alien life. In fact, NASA’s Chief Scientist, Ellen Stofan, said in 2015 that she feels we will have definitive proof of the existence of aliens in the coming decades as reported by Space.
“I think we’re going to have strong indications of life beyond Earth within a decade, and I think we’re going to have definitive evidence within 20 to 30 years. We know where to look. We know how to look. In most cases we have the technology, and we’re on a path to implementing it. And so I think we’re definitely on the road.”
Since many scientists believe in the existence of aliens, why is it so far-fetched to believe in them ourselves? And, given the fact that they are probably real and out there somewhere, doesn’t it make sense that some of Earth’s inhabitants would have seen UFOs at some point in their lives, including the many people of Turkey who are convinced that they saw UFOs flying over their skies in November 2016?
In case this is news to you, the UFO hunting team known as “secureteam10” have posted several videos on youTube of the UFOs in Turkey. They were trying to get to the bottom of what was happening across the country, and each of these videos have now been viewed many hundreds of thousands of times by the curious who wish to know more about this remarkable event.
“We had a fleet of these unknown lights that were appearing in multiple cities across the country of Turkey, causing mass panic for many people.”
The Daily Star has said that many people on Twitter have been dumbfounded by the images they have seen and have said things like, “So many photos being posted! Very compelling stuff!” Others suggested an invasion of sorts. “Objects are seen in all cities of Turkey, UFO invasion in Turkey!” And then some people were just plain scared.
“What is this? Is it really UFOs? I am so afraid. I hope this is a joke.”
One explanation for these sightings is that they may have been drones. However, there were four or five fleets of lights not just in one area, but scattered throughout the country of Turkey, which means that it is highly unlikely that they were drones in these particular November 2016 UFO sightings.
The notion of a large-scale cover-up after these November UFO sightings in Turkey began came about after the event began trending on Twitter. In fact, it was even the number one global trending topic at the time. However, secureteam10 state that images and tweets began “disappearing” from Twitter soon after they were posted, some within a matter of hours even. They say that “Government suppression is going on.” Indeed, if the lights in these images were merely drones and not UFOs, why would information about the event be so suppressed?
One of the many people who uploaded videos of the UFO event in Turkey had vivid descriptions of the sighting.
“Alright, I’m trying to zoom in to show you now. It is November 28, 2016, Sunday night. It’s around 2:20 a.m. right now. The object you’re seeing is in the skies of Esenler (Istanbul). I’m recording it right now. Many people like me have crowded here. We’ve informed the authorities and they’ve told us they’re dealing with the situation. It is a yellow object. We suspect it’s a UFO. It gives off a light and is in motion. Right now it’s stationary actually but it moves position every few minutes. Very interesting.”
Do you believe in UFOs? Do you think that the mass sightings of UFOs in Turkey in November 2016 were real, but that the reports have been suppressed and taken down? Please share your thoughts.
