Tarek And Christina El Moussa Of ‘Flip Or Flop’ Split After Big Altercation Where Police Were Called

In shocking news, Tarek and Christina El Moussa of Flip or Flop have split after an altercation that even had the police called to their location. On the last season of the show, Christina wasn’t always around due to being pregnant. People shared the details about what happened with this couple fromFlip or Flop. They were married for seven years.

Tarek and Christina El Moussa did put out a statement about what happened. Here is what they shared.

“Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution. There was no violence and no charges were filed.”

The couple did admit that they went to counseling, but it didn’t work out. Tarek and Christina El Moussa are calling it quits on their marriage. They have two children together: Brayden, 1, and a 6-year-old daughter Taylor. The statement went on to say, “During the process, we are committed to our kids and being the best parents we can be. We will continue to work through this process civilly and cooperatively, and plan to continue our professional life together.”

This makes it sound like Tarek and Christina El Moussa will continue to do their show Flip or Flop together at least for now. They did say that their professional life together will keep going. This should be interesting to watch considering that they aren’t a couple any longer.

TMZ shared a few of the details about the fight that Tarek and Christina El Moussa had that ended up getting the police called on them. The couple lives in Orange County, and police got “a call of a possibly suicidal male with a gun.” When they showed up, they brought eleven deputies plus a helicopter to the residence. Reports are out that Tarek took a gun out of the safe, left out the back door and went down a hiking trail. Christina was seen leaving the house in tears and shaking.

The police helicopter was able to spot Tarek El Moussa and tell him to drop the gun, which he did. At the time, Tarek told police he wasn’t going to hurt himself. He said he was “blowing off steam.” The reason he gave for bringing the gun was that he was going into the woods and could see mountain lions or snakes out there. Police went back to his house and seized five different guns including an AR-15. The couple is still saying it was an “unfortunate misunderstanding.”

The fans are shocked to hear about the big divorce of Tarek and Christina El Moussa. This couple has always seemed to have a perfect marriage on television, but it turns out things aren’t always what they seem. For now, they are focused on parenting together and keeping their professional relationship. The viewers will just have to wait and see how it all turns out in the long run for this couple. Their marriage is over, but hopefully, the El Moussa couple can figure out a way to continue to work together. The fans would hate to see the show totally change or go away altogether.
