Is Kim Kardashian blindsiding Kanye West with an upcoming divorce?

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the 36-year-old can no longer cope being in a relationship with the rapper, who has found himself making endless headlines as of late for his wild outbursts and outrageous public rants.

While Kim Kardashian didn’t make much of the tantrums at first, it is said to have overwhelmed her beyond belief. Since she’s still dealing with her Paris robbery scare in October, Kim hasn’t been able to gather her own emotions because she’s allegedly forced to deal with Kanye’s issues — all of which she supposedly believes were brought upon himself.

CDL claims that Kanye and Kim did not live under the same roof after the “Fade” hitmaker was released from the hospital last week. In fact, Kardashian has been living with her mother Kris Jenner for almost two months. It’s unclear whether she has made plans to live with Kanye again, but for her to choose to stay with Kris speaks for itself, the outlet claims.

The most shocking part, however, comes with the news that Kim Kardashian has allegedly reached out to one of Hollywood’s best attorneys, Laura Wasser. She famously represented Kim’s divorce case to Kris Humphries back in 2011, and it seems as if Kim is relying on her again to settle yet another collapsed marriage swiftly and smoothly.

“Reports indicate that Kim Kardashian has even contacted Hollywood power attorney Laura Wasser, who is also currently working with Angelina Jolie on her Brad Pitt divorce. Others are also saying that Kim and Kanye have been dealing with their problems long before the rapper’s hospitalization.”

As the outlet already mentions, there have been problems concerning Kim Kardashian’s marriage for months, but things really hit rock bottom after the Paris robbery incident.

Celeb Dirty Laundry is under the impression that Kim wants out of the marriage but she’s not being vocal about it just yet — at least until she’s in the know of where she stands once the news goes public.

Filing for divorce just days after her husband was released from the hospital can also be considered to be a harsh move on Kim Kardashian’s end, which is said to be why she is keeping her conversations with Laura private for the time being, the outlet alleges, before adding a quote via In Touch.

“Kim is miserable and wants this marriage to be over. Kanye has absolutely no clue that any of this is happening, but Kim has already asked to have divorce documents drawn up.”

Kim Kardashian has not commented on matters concerning her marriage to Kanye West, neither is it clear on whether she has now returned to the Bel-Air home to be by her husband’s side.

From what the family’s insiders have gathered, however, Kris Jenner and the rest of the family are supporting Kanye as much as they can.

Kanye’s hospitalization and the aftermath of Kim Kardashian Paris ordeal are said to have been filmed for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which will make its return on the E! network in January.
