Lamar Odom Reportedly Celebrates The Holidays With His Ex-Girlfriend And Kids

Lamar Odom reportedly celebrated the recent Thanksgiving holiday with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales and their two children, son Lamar Jr. and daughter Destiny.

After going under the radar for weeks, the former Los Angeles Lakers player has allegedly resurfaced in a new social media photo with members of his family and several friends.

“He’s back! Lamar Odom left the Kardashians behind and is a whole new man. He was spotted smiling with his family over the holidays, and good health looks great on him!” OK! Magazine revealed to readers on November 28.

In a photo shared by the Shade Room on Instagram, Lamar Odom is seen standing beside his former partner, Morales, as he hugs his daughter, Destiny. Meanwhile, on the other side of Morales, Lamar Jr. is seen wearing a basketball hoodie.

As OK! Magazine explained, Lamar Odom has had a rough few months. In addition to going through a public split from his ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian, who filed for divorce earlier this year for the second time, the former professional athlete was said to have been kicked off a flight from Los Angeles to New York City after he allegedly became intoxicated while waiting to board and ultimately threw up on the plane.

Around the time Lamar Odom was allegedly kicked off a plane, he was spotted in bars, strip clubs, and a liquor store — all just months after he nearly died of a drug overdose while partying at a brothel in Nevada.

“Last November, [Lamar Odom] was hospitalized and almost died after drinking and taking drugs at a brothel in Nevada,” OK! Magazine explained to readers. “At the time, though they were no longer in a relationship, Khloe Kardashian rushed to his side and stayed with him for weeks. After his health improved, it seemed they were going to reconcile, but once his health spiraled downhill again, Khloe posted cryptic messages on social media about letting go, and is now dating NBA baller Tristan Thompson.”

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian sparked rumors of a possible reconciliation earlier this year when they appeared together on a couple of episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. During the show, as Odom and Kardashian flew to New York City to attend Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 Fashion Show, the former couple discussed the possibility of a second wedding and joked that they should still end their “tainted” marriage.

Last week, after Kanye West was hospitalized in Los Angeles, a source claimed Lamar Odom was reportedly desperate to help the troubled rapper.

“[Lamar Odom] can’t believe [Kanye West]’s in the hospital… Lamar’s really taking this news hard,” a source close to Odom reportedly told Hollywood Life.

“[Lamar Odom] idolizes Kanye and wishes he could do something to help. Lamar would love to be there for him, you know, to return the favor when Kanye brought his family to be by his side when he almost died a year ago.”

When Lamar Odom suffered a drug overdose last year, West was one of the many members of the Kardashian family who was known to have visited Odom at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. In addition to West, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner were seen at the hospital where Odom received treatment for about three months before his release in January of this year.

After parting ways with Lamar Odom earlier this year, Kardashian began dating Tristan Thompson in August. Ever since, they have been seen together frequently in Cleveland, where Thompson plays basketball with the Cavaliers. Meanwhile, Lamar Odom doesn’t appear to be dating anyone.
